G-EPIC Forum of Stakeholders — Closing Conference

3–4 November 2025 | European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), Brussels

After three years of collaborative research and fieldwork, the G-EPIC project (Gender Empowerment through Politics in Classrooms) will conclude with its Forum of Stakeholders — Closing Conference, hosted by the EECS and Gender Five Plus (G5+) in collaboration with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and the G-EPIC consortium.

The event will bring together researchers, policymakers, educators, and civil society representatives from across Europe to:

• reflect on the project’s main findings on gender inequality in politics and education,
• share evidence-based practices developed and tested in schools, and
• identify policy pathways for advancing gender equality and inclusive citizenship education.

The two-day forum will feature plenary sessions, moderated panel discussions, and dialogues linking research, practice, and policy. The entire conference will be livestreamed, with the exception of Session 3 (Voices from the Field), which will not be streamed to protect participants’ privacy.

Online attendees will have the opportunity to participate via chat and will receive the streaming link upon registration.

📝 Online registration is open until 27 October 2025.
