Tim Schmidt is a junior researcher at the department of political science at the Justus-Liebig-University Gießen. Prior, he studied at the Johannes-Gutenberg University and finished his master in political science and his master of education in social studies in 2022. His research focuses on the domestic/international conflict and peace behavior and political performance of liberal and defective democracies with regard to state violence and socioeconomic inequality.
Tim Schmidt has experiences in mixed-methods studies and contributes to the qualitative part of the G-EPIC project.
